Returns
In case you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item within 8 working days, along with the original documents.
We will credit your account, or exchange the item for another selection (normal shipping price applies). Please note, that sending cash transfers back has a charge, which you have to pay.
In case of returns shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the normal shipping price (24 USD) applies,
even if it was free because one of our promotions. The goods must be complete, undamaged and unsoiled and if possible with the original
packaging and labels intact.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have eight working days (beginning the day after receipt)
to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which
have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund (excluding the normal shipping price,
which is 24 USD) but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back,
we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
Customs (for non-EU customers only)
If you are not a European Union customer, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally,
when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are
receiving the goods.
We would like our non European Union customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs
authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information to our carriers, and such information may be communicated
by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
